Are You What You Eat?

Project Description

We live in a constantly changing and a very fast paced environment.  We are forever striving to keep up with life itself before it passes us by.  This situation forces us to make decisions too quickly that might have devastating consequences upon our quality of life.

In order to have a fulfilling life you must be healthy in mind, body, and spirit.  Your lifestyle will play a major role in fulfilling these goals.  The problem is that most of us have different needs and wants due to our inherent personalities.  There is not a specific formula for all of us to follow.

With this project, students will develop an understanding of how lifestyles determine who you are.  They will research diet, exercise, cultures, and careers by using the internet, periodicals, interviews, and surveys.  They will analyze and evaluate the data to help them make an informed decision about their goals in life.
