| Project Description | ||||||||||||||||||||
|
All children learn differently. It is for that reason that we, as educators must use various strategies to accommodate different learning styles…one of them being music.
In this project, students will be able to listen to recorded music that teaches and supports academic goals. For example, students might listen to a Schoolhouse Rock tape that focuses on math, language arts, or social studies. Students will work individually or groups of no more than three. Students will be encouraged to write academic lyrics to be used in the teaching of others. It is anticipated that through music, students will address academic learning standards and exhibit improved achievement.| |
