Task:

In collaboration with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the 2^nd and 3^rd grade students of Moos/Rocha School have been called upon to help out the school with the new lunchroom cafeteria that is being built. Your job will be to interview several sources in the food industry to create well-balanced meals for a month, and design a menu for the first month it is open.

Process:

1. Your job will be to get into groups and plan a well balanced meal for a length of a month.

2. Go to different types of resources such as web sites, newspaper articles, magazines and library.

3. Interview people in the food industry for example: nutrition center in clinics or/and hospital.
