Funding for professional development was a major component of the grants received by TLCF schools.  C.A.S.T.L.E. Technology Consultants, Inc. offered a wide variety of staff development opportunities correlated with both state and national Teaching, Learning, and Technology standards (see below). These learning experiences were carefully selected to satisfy relevant standards, develop practical teaching tools and developing the specific skills needed to complete qualifying grant projects.
